Advanced CD Label Maker is a fairly easy to use label making software package for creating CD labels and jewel cases. This program has an extensive art gallery including clipart, background images and layouts. You can use one of the several pre–designed backgrounds or create your own.

This software is for CD labels and CD jewel cases only; however, you can use a CD design for DVDs. However, there is not an option to make an insert for your DVD case.

There is a simple tutorial that will guide you step–by–step through creating a CD label. The tutorial shows how to import your track list, use a pre–designed background and add effects to the text. For example, you can circle your text or use one of the many different fonts to create unique designs. You can also use one of the stamps to create a new background or as a professional looking decal.

Though Advanced CD Label Maker has a few components that make designing CD labels simple, it is very limited compared to the top products. You can import photos, but you cannot lighten or edit the image in any other way with this software.
