We tried to contact Broderbund many times by email and phone. They didn’t respond to any of our three emails or answer our telephone calls. You have to rely on the FAQs and online help for answers to your questions. There wasn’t a 15–30 day trial, so you have no way of trying out the product before purchasing; however, if you buy it and don’t like it you are only out $10.00.

Though this label making software doesn’t measure up to the top products in ease of use and help/support, Print Shop competes with the top products with practical product features, design tools and labels.
